Can you take over a project that is already approved?
Yes. We take over management and reporting for projects written by someone else, at any stage of implementation.
How is the fee determined?
It is set per project, based on the funding line, the size of the investment and the reporting workload. We send a firm quote after the initial analysis.
How does advisory relate to project audit?
They are separate services. Advisory helps secure the funding; audit verifies the expenditure. When one firm does both, the teams are separated to keep the verification independent.
