Transparency report
Law no. 162/2017 requires audit firms carrying out statutory audits of public-interest entities to publish an annual transparency report. The reports we have published are listed below.

What a transparency report contains
The structure is set by law and covers the legal form and ownership, network membership, governance structure, the internal quality control system, the date of the last inspection by the oversight authority, the list of public-interest entities audited in that year, independence practices and the basis on which partners are remunerated.
Where to verify
The firm’s registration can be checked in the public electronic register kept by the Public Oversight Authority for Statutory Audit, under number FA935.
